Analyzes timber volume by species, hardwood mill network density, land ownership patterns (absentee vs. resident), median lot size, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape. Produces a scored viability report that answers one question: should we launch a brand here?

Pennsylvania scored highest for the MVP launch — #1 hardwood producer in the U.S. (1.3B board feet annually), dense Amish and commercial sawmill network, favorable regulatory environment, and strong walnut/white oak/cherry demand. I'm Josh Lake. I build companies at the intersection of technology and physical industries. Before Infinite Timber, I was CTO at Elephant Energy (home electrification, Series A from Building Ventures), Head of Operations at Nuro (autonomous delivery, raised $2B+), and COO at Evercar (one of the first shared EV fleets for rideshare drivers). I started my career in concentrated solar at Amonix, where our team set world records for solar module efficiency verified by NREL. I have an MBA from MIT Sloan and a BS from USC.
